You can apply for our BYU-I student apartments at any time! We welcome applications year-round, making it easy for students to secure their ideal living space close to BYU-Idaho. Rent at The Grand varies based on the specific floor plan and amenities chosen. Our lowered rates ensure affordability while providing access to modern, fully furnished apartments and a range of community amenities. Find details about our pricing on our floor plans page.

Rent is paid per semester and is due in full at time of move-in. If you are unable to do so and need some other arrangement, please contact us.

In order to maintain our status as BYU-I approved student housing, we are unfortunately unable to allow pets. This policy is in place to comply with the guidelines set forth by BYU-Idaho, ensuring that our community meets their standards for student housing. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our pet policy or any other aspect of residency at The Grand, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management team.
